BoxFit Solo

The Team Pollard "BoxFit Solo" program is designed for clients who desire personal, one-on-one training.  

​

A "BoxFit Solo" session will focus on building your endurance, hand speed, mobility and strength training. These intense sessions offer a full-body workout by implementing boxing drills, mitt work, shadowboxing, speed bags, and heavy bags.
