The Team Pollard Youth BoxFit training and conditioning program, teaches kids boxing fundamentals, discipline, work ethic, and a “never quit mentality”.

Our youth program is a non-contact program, designed to build self confidence, endurance and physical fitness. Kids can learn boxing in a safe and fun space through interactive games and boxing drills. Students are encouraged to follow directions to perfect the basics.

Boxing, aka “The Sweet Science” is a delicate balance of strength, conditioning, focus and detail. You’ll be surprised with what your little champ can do.
